Conceived, led, and executed by Pako Pablos, this first-of-its-kind nationwide digital art initiative functioned as a formal act of cultural diplomacy between Mexico and the United States. Developed in collaboration with the Mexican Congress and supported by the City of Escondido, California, the project established a cross-border framework where art, technology, and public institutions converge to foster international cooperation and long-term cultural exchange.
